My personal favorite affiliate network is commission junction or CJ as people refer to it. The interface from an affiliate perspective is very user friendly, offers robust tracking and most importantly they have a huge selection of quality offers. They put on a great event in Santa Barbara each year called CJU. The only complaint we hear about CJ on a regular basis is that they serve somewhat as a buffer between advertisers and the affiliates contact info. Obviously, they feel the need to keep a safe distance between advertisers and affiliates as their value proposition. The truth is their interface and payment system is good enough that I would still use CJU even if they provided all the affiliate contact info.

Partner Fusion [ visit Partner Fusion ]

OK, I’ll be honest right from the start - I am a co-founder of Partner Fusion. We are not an affiliate network in the traditional sense. Rather we provide tracking for a handful of clients as an in-house affiliate solution and also for many of our own projects. What this means is that if you log in to Partner Fusion you will not see a huge list of offers - most of them are invitation only. Lots of high end, quality brand merchants. Extremely robust reporting. Negatives however include confusing affiliate interface and high price points for advertisers. Definitely considered 1 of the top 3 traditional big affiliate networks.
